Grilled Banana with Citrus Spice (Jinny)



Here's another 'You Are What You Eat' Recipe. It's a light dessert to satisfy a sweet tooth. Caramelized bananas are so good.

4 bananas, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Handful or two of fresh blueberries.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the bananas on a baking sheet, pour the lemon juice over them and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 10-15 minutes until caramelized. Serve warm with the fresh blueberries. I also drizzled just a little maple syrup over them.
