Cowboy Spaghetti (Yum-Yum!! Jinny)

This is a really good recipe to change up the usual spaghetti dinner. I'm thinking maybe the picture makes it look gross. Does it? I promise it is really good!
Ingredients:
1/2-1 package of turkey bacon (or regular, actually smoked is what the real recipe calls for, whatever you want)
Ground Turkey (actually recipe calls for beef sirloin, ground beef will work, also) 1-1.5 lbs., however much you want
1 medium onion (unless you are making this for Josh King, then you omit this ingredient)
Garlic Cloves (2-3, or 4)
2-4 TBS Worchestershire Sauce
Hot Sauce (I omit this, whatever your preference)
Broth (Chicken or Beef) 3/4 - 1 cup
Diced Tomatoes (or any other kind of tomatoes-orig. recipe calls for red hot)-14.5oz. can
Tomato Sauce (small can)
Spaghetti Noodles
Original directions say to cook the bacon in olive oil. That seems odd to cook bacon in oil, but I'm sure it's tasty. Take out the bacon, cook sirloin or beef or turkey, whatever you are using. (Or just cook it in a different pan to omit the grease.) Add onion, garlic. Cook for a few minutes until browned, then add worctershire sauce, hot sauce, and broth. Add the can of tomatoes (undrained), and the can of tomato sauce. Taste to adjust if you need anymore of the ingredients. After you cook the noodles, add the noodles to the pasta sauce. If it looks like there isn't enough liquid, you can add some of the starchy water from the cooked pasta. This is not a really a sauce, but it is more chunky. After you toss it all together, crumble up the bacon and put it on top. We top it off with parmesan cheese, the original recipe calls for smoked cheddar. I'm sure any kind will be good. Also, you could add anything you want to change this up a little or add more to it-bell peppers, mushrooms, olives for the garnish., etc. Mmm, it's so yummy.

Jinny- this sounds great. And you are right, Josh would want to leave out the onions.
