- 1 can Cream of Chicken
- 1 1/3 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Rice, uncooked
- 4-6 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Mix soup, water and rice in shallow baking dish.
- Top with Chicken Breast.
- Bake @ 375 for 45 minutes, Covered
- Uncover and sprinkle chicken with cheese.
- Remove chicken and stir rice.
