Cheesy Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken
  • 1 1/3 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup Rice, uncooked
  • 4-6 Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
  • Mix soup, water and rice in shallow baking dish.
  • Top with Chicken Breast.
  • Bake @ 375 for 45 minutes, Covered
  • Uncover and sprinkle chicken with cheese.
  • Remove chicken and stir rice.
